Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

For the shipping to all countries we take over customs duties and taxes, as far as we can control this ourselves. In some countries, there is still a fee that can not be covered by our side.

Please note that if you order to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be charged when the shipment arrives at your delivery address. You are responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return all Kevin Russell watches for the full price within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we can not offer returns for pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although of course there are exceptions where we have made a mistake.

How does the returns process work?

Return packages must be sent to Backnang, Germany. The costs associated with the return are at the expense of the customer. You can ship with the forwarder of your choice. For your safety, you should obtain a tracking number so that you are protected against theft or loss during delivery to us. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

We do not operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an article in a different size or color, just order a new order in our online store. We can only accept the exchange if the item you have returned is unused and in new condition.
